The Business Office oversees all financial dealings of PLTS including student billings and payroll. It is located in Founder’s Hall opposite the President’s Residence. Staff members located in this office are Debbie Ow, Vice President of Finance and Operations, and Aaron Greig, Bookkeeper. Business hours are 10:00 to 4:00, Monday through Friday and we welcome anyone with a question. Payments, however, should be placed in the lockbox located outside the receptionist’s office in Giesy Hall.
The following forms are available in the file located outside the Business Office:
- Employee expense reports
- Check requests for outside vendors
- New Hire Employee packets
- Exempt employee vacation and flex time requests
Timecards for both staff and student employees are available in soft copy and are turned in outside the Business Office in the bottom-most box. A schedule of timecard submission deadlines is posted outside the Business Office.
