The Office of the Deans, located on the second floor of Giesy Hall, is responsible for the life and work of the seminary. There are two deans: the Dean of the Faculty and the Dean of Students (and Registrar).

The Dean of the Faculty is the seminary’s chief academic officer and has administrative responsibility for academic programs and for the support of the faculty. The Dean of Students (and Registrar) is responsible for all academic program and policy matters in relation to students. In addition, the Dean of Students shares responsibility for the professional, personal, and spiritual development of the students.
