Housing application and selection process
Upon request, a housing application is sent to new students when their Letter of Intent is forwarded to the Facilities Coordinator from Admissions. Housing applications are sent to current residents, interns, returning students and affiliated students in April. Housing is assigned by a general priority list: PLTS students, PLTS affiliated GTU students, GTU students and then part-time students. First year students also have priority. New students have priority for the Beasom Hall dormitory rooms.
After the housing deadline of March 30, 2007, please submit a housing application to secure a position on the housing wait list. Any housing that becomes available is assigned in accordance with the wait list.
Housing assignments are sent to applicants by June 15 for the fall semester. Students’ deposits are due by July 15.
Housing fees are included in the PLTS Tuition and Fees Schedule.
