18 Students Graduate with Degrees, Certificates or Awards

Commencement was Saturday, May 21

Graduates lined up before Commencement exercises (not all graduates pictured).

The Cal Lutheran Board of Regents, the PLTS Advisory Board, faculty, staff, current students, and family and friends joined with 18 PLTS students to celebrate Commencement.  Students were conferred with one of the following:

  • Award of Affiliation with Theological Education for Emerging Ministries
  • Certificate of Theological Education for Emerging Ministries
  • Certificate of Advanced Theological Studies
  • Degree of Master of Theological Studies
  • Degree of Master of Divinity
  • Degree of Doctor of Philosophy (through Graduate Theological Union)

The Rev. Michael McBride of The Way Christian Center in Berkeley delivered the Commencement address.

The event, primarily planned by the graduating class, concluded with fellowship and refreshments.
