- Researching Pauline studies in order to eventually add a Latina voice to the ongoing discussion of the “Lutheran” and the “inclusivity” perspectives on Paul. I seek to explore how, combined, they might come to bear specifically on the ELCA’s multicultural outreach and evangelism in the multicultural United States of America. - Conducting an ethnographic study of lay and ordained Lutheran Latinas in order to listen to their articulation of their spiritual, theological, and cultural space within the ELCA.
