Maintenance is managed by SG Real Estate.  Maintenance requests respond to day-to-day issues that need repaired or replaced.  A maintenance issue may be an inconvenience, and does not rise to the potential for personal injury or damage to property.  Follow these steps for maintenance:

  1. Submit a maintenance request through the tenant portal.
  2. Maintenance requests will be fulfilled within 5-8 business days.
  3. If your request is not fulfilled after 5-8 business days, call 510-704-1240 ext. 1 and notify Residence Life.
