Maintenance is managed by SG Real Estate. Urgent maintenance situations are issues that would cause personal injury or damage to the property if left uncorrected. These include but are not limited to: Overflowing plumbing, a loss of electricity in the apartment, or inability to secure the apartment due to malfunctioning door or window locks. Follow these steps for urgent maintenance:
- Submit a maintenance request through the tenant portal.
- Call the maintenance line during hours call 510-704-1240 ext. 1. Or after hours, call the after hours line: 510-414-2101.
- Notify Residence Life that an urgent maintenance situation is being addressed.
